How long does it take for my order to ship?

For personalized and custom signs please expect 3-4 weeks for your order to ship from your date of purchase.  

For all other signs please expect 1-2 weeks for your order to ship from your date of purchase. 

What is Powder Coat?

We use a UV resistant black powder coat that protects your sign from the indoor and outdoor elements. Powder coating is more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading and wearing then other finishes.

 Can you make something for me that is not listed on your website?

Absolutely! Although plasma cutting is limited in the ability to cut really fine details we are here to try to make your idea come to life. Please contact us here with your ideas including the dimensions that you would like your sign. 

How large of a sign can you make? 

Our CNC machine is capable of cutting up to 4' x 8'. 

Can you make a sign from a picture of say my dog(s)? 

We sure can! Please email us a photo with what you have in mind.
